INSPIRATIONAL COACHING: A common question that is asked of coaching is 'what is it?'. Coaching is about moving you forward, from where you are in your life to where you want to be. By asking powerful and inspiring question, the effective coach enables and empowers you to achieve excellence in your life. The focus is on the present and the future, rather than the past. (What is currently happening in your life and what would you like to improve? What is your individual greatness that you would like for others to see, and how do you bring it to the surface?) Mary's mystical abilities aid this process by allowing her to utilize information received from your spiritual guides and teachers to create questions that will aid you in finding the answers within you that will inspire and motivate you to create an action plan that will bring your wonderings into reality. Her corporate and mystical experience provide a wealth of experiential knowledge that bridges both worlds, allowing you to do the same during the coaching process.
HYPNOTHERAPY: (one of Mary's personal favorites as this has created a tremendous amount of change in her life!). Please note that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis and no one can make you do anything that is against your own values and morals. The person under hypnosis is always in control, simply allowing the hypnotherapist to guide them past their conscious mind to the depths of their unconscious. In this way, you can safely release, remove and resolve any barriers that are keeping you from reaching your greatness. Oftentimes you may not be aware of what is keeping you back, and hypnotherapy allows you to have a greater understanding of and compassion for yourself.
SPIRIT AND ANIMAL COMMUNICATION: Mary is a medium for Angels, Spirit guides, deceased loved ones and animals. She channels the information received from spirits and animals in a positive and loving way that will allow you to understand yourself and your life from a different perspective.
